If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind, we will honor your request for a refund made within 14 days of your donation. To request a refund please forward your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

If you know, or suspect, that your username or password has been stolen or used without your authorization you need to contact us immediately on our Support Email. Upon notification, we will take reasonable steps to mitigate any damage which may have been caused. You are responsible for the safety and security of your username and password. The information we collect
We ask for and collect personal information about you, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. We do this in order for you to start a fundraising page or donate through the Site. And to send you transactional emails about your fundraising page, and your donation receipt when you donate. Because of legal obligations we are required to send you transactional emails, please note that you, because of this, cannot opt out from receiving the transactional emails.

Are pages I create private?
In general, no. If you create a fundraising page on the Site it is not private. Pages created on the Site are indexed by search engines and accessible to the public. When you make a donation you can choose to stay anonymous, by not giving your name on the donation, in this case only the Organization will know your name. You can choose to use a web-alias, this way only friends and family will know the identity of your donation. We may use public fundraising pages and donations for marketing purposes, such as social sharing and newsletters.
